​Her journey through a chronic health challenge motivated her to implement significant lifestyle changes and pursue a Master's degree in nutrition. This pivotal change has positively transformed her health and is essentially transforming her life. With a commitment to using her experiences and insights, she strives to empower others to achieve their optimal well-being.
During her three years of providing catering services at a summer camp at Brown University, Nitchell:

Nitchell is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor from the Functional Nutrition Alliance. She holds a Master of Science Nutrition Education degree from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant Institutional Management from Johnson & Wales University.​
